Skull with beads – Huichol Art

Description

Skull (skull) intervened by the Wixarika community based on decoration in multicolored beads made by Huichol artists from the western Sierra Madre of the state of Nayarit. The work is made with glass "beads" of different colors glued by means of wax that has been used particularly for this art, different symbols with different meanings are embodied as a way of expression of the artists in the pieces.
