Dolphin with beads

Description

Dolphin covered with multicolored beads, made by the Huicholes of Nayarit. Handicrafts with chaquira are interpreted as strung dreams that dissolve into a tiny bead so tiny that it is difficult to work with the fingertips. The masks and figurines made with it represent the deities and sacred animals, all the decorations use symbols and designs that date back centuries.
